Packing machine dust extraction

Powder filling,
for example: sugar package, chemical filling in bags, food packing in bag,
always generate dust or fine dust in the working atmosphere, which do harm to
workers’ health especially to people’s lung. In the market, there have
companies sell a lot of automatic packing machine without have a unique dust
extraction solution for different dusts.
Generally, different raw particle materials have different dust collection solutions. Taking the flour as an example, flour is an explosive dust. If the atmosphere fulfills the dust and have a spark in the workshop, there must have a disaster in the factory. So the dust collector must have a safety solution, not just set a normal dust extraction machine. Further more, if the dust is hygroscopic or moisture, only cartridge or bag filter is not enough. So different powders while filling in bag or bottle varies different dust extraction solutions.

When packing
machine working, there must have two points emit dust:
1st:the stock bin down unloading the materials into the packing filing machine’s tank. (See the red circle)

2nd:
Packaging bag’s mouth when filing the powder.
In this process condition, if the packing machine is closed, the airflow is so small but needs high static pressure because of duct’s diameter is always 50-90mm.

recommends two solutions for normal dust collection.
1:Cartridge packing
dust collector with high static pressure, which use mechanical shaking to deash
the dust. See the picture below:
